just wanted to say these guys are world class, I had been messed about a lot with plumbers in the peaceheaven area. these guys came to see me in 20 mins notice and installed a brand new boiler by 10 am the next day. couldn't have asked for nicer guys to. Both of them are very nice guys and made every effort to do the very best job!

I would highly recommend county plumbers..!!!
Called them up about a issue with my boiler came over and looked at the issue as soon as they possibly could, they got the new part ordered and because it was a boiler part I needed it meant I didn’t have any heating for the evening.

They were happy enough to leave me with some electric heaters to keep me warm in the evening great service!! Very pleased to have hot water once again,
I will use them for future issues and would highly recommend to any one that need a small job to a big job done, Richard, Jake and Ben are all very professional, friendly and really appreciate the fast work and communication on everything!

Richard and his team are top class. He responded quickly to my query, then took time to listen carefully to what we wanted, and talked through a range of options highlighting their strengths and weaknesses.

On top of this, he made a really creative suggestion to further improve the installion. This took him more time and effort to achieve, but has made our kitchen better than we thought it could be.

The work was completed to the highest standard and they went the extra mile, returning to ensure that the installation was working perfectly.

It is a genuine pleasure to find tradesman with an eye to top quality work and full customer satisfaction. I will return to County Plumbers without hesitation for all our plumbing works, and will be recommending Richard's work to anyone who might need outstanding service and value.

I was impressed by County Plumbers. From first contact with Richard, it was clear they were strong on customer service and really cared about finding the right solution for my needs. The gas boiler installation by Jake and Ben was handled with great efficiency and care, backed by comprehensive documentation and a 10 year guarantee. Thoroughly recommended as a Company which puts the customer first.

Richard is very helpful and friendly, and explains everything. Installed a new replacement boiler in 2021, and serviced and pressurised in 2022. Both professionally done, good work.

Our boiler broke just before Christmas. Richard and his nephew responded quickly to my call of distress, recommended an upgrade and fitted it just a few days later. Costing was transparent. Clean, quick and no fuss. Also located a perfect place for a Nest thermostat, wired it in and set it up for us. Cherry on the top was that they also sorted out the extended guarantee with the manufacturer for us on the day, voluntarily. I don't recall anyone offering to do that for us before. House now toasty and bath filling at speed for first time! Will definitely use them again.
